VALUE PRICE SHIPPing 

  In order to ensure your cheese arrives in the best condition during the warm months, over night shipping is necessary unless your package is shipping to Wisconsin, Illinois, or Indiana.

RATES

Standard Ground Shipping (Allow up to four days) -- $19.99 /package

2nd Day Shipping -- $45.00/package

Overnight Shipping -- $60.00/package

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

It takes 24 hours to receive and process an order. Orders placed before midnight will be automatically shipped the following business day, Monday-Thursday. Due to the perishable nature of our product, during the summer months (May-September) we ship all orders to arrive overnight (unless you are shipping to Wisconsin, Illinois, or Indiana).

Please note that all cheese orders placed on Thursday will ship Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected for an additional charge. We otherwise cannot ship on Saturday or Sunday.

     How we care for your gift and package

     

    • Each cheese is cut to order and carefully wrapped in our imported Fromagination cheese paper. The 2-layer design allows the cheese to breathe, prevents drying, and extends shelf life.
    • Gift selections that are $39.99-$100 are packed in a signature fromagination insulated tote shown below with an ice pack, a Wisconsin Cheese Card, and Hand Written Gift Message from our cheesemongers.

    • Gift selections over $100 are shipped in a bountiful wired lined hamper shown below. We include a Wisconsin Cheese card, hand written gift message,  ice packs,  and our signature tissue paper tied in our brown grosgrain ribbon.

    • Each package includes a Wisconsin Cheese Card (see in pictue above)  marked with the cheeses in the gift and a Fromagination gift card with a gift message handwritten by our cheesemongers.
    • We use Federal Express and ship all over the U.S.A.

     

     

     

    Fromagination will not assume responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided to us; delivery, return and re-delivery charges will apply. We strongly recommend that when ordering perishable items, you confirm that the recipient or other responsible party will be available to receive, open and properly store you order. We are unable to replace cheeses that perish due to recipient’s being unavailable at the time of delivery. Furthermore, please note that our boxes are clearly marked "perishable" on the outside and we are not responsible for the items received but not opened.
