 Communal Fondue available

 January through March

Gather ‘round the fondue pot!

Nothing transforms a table of guests into friends faster than sharing a communal pot of fondue.  Fondue dates back to the 18th century when Swiss peasants discovered that if they mixed cheese with wine and heated it over a flame; they could dip crusty bits of stale bread into the cheese, creating a soft, delicious meal.

Fondue has come a long way since and no one does this communal dish better than Fromagination. Gather ‘round our one-of-a-kind farmhouse table, make new friends and indulge in this Swiss tradition. Fromagination fondue events feature Wisconsin’s own Emmi-Roth USA cheese fondue served with freshly baked bread cubes for dipping, our signature salad, Nueske’s smoked summer sausage, fingerling potatoes, roasted carrots, cornichons and a sweet treat for dessert

Want to host a fondue party at home? We supply all the ingredients needed – including cheese, baguettes and all the companions –  fondue pots may be rented as well. And we’re happy to suggest beer and wine pairings to make your fondue soiree a hit. Contact us for details.
