At Fromagination we specialize in making you look good. We’ll prepare a signature platter with artisanal cheeses and perfect companions for your special occasion – be it an office party, business opening, or dinner gathering. We also have the ability to cater weddings, showers and other special events both large and intimate. Let us help take the pressure off of the food planning. Our staff with handpick an ideal ensemble of specialty foods to fit your style and event. We offer complete custom, made-to-order platters or you can choose to make your own platter with us at your side.  Either way, we do the work and you take the credit. Win-win.

How to Order

All orders are freshly prepared. Please allow us 48 hours notice for all "Made-by-Fromagination" orders. Call 608-255-2430 to place your order. Each order includes the necessary paper supplies and utensils. Please inquire about our selection of beverages to accompany your order. Currently we are not able to offer delivery outside of the Capitol Square vicinity.

Wisconsin Assortment - or - Cheeses from Around the World

Each of these assortments are one-of-a-kind masterpieces specially selected for you by our cheesemongers. We hand select cheeses from around Wisconsin and around the world. The "beginner" assortment focuses on great well- aged versions of familiar cheeses like farmhouse cheddar and Dutch gouda. The "experienced" assortment gathers a selection of more exclusive cheeses that are at the peak of their flavor. Paired with your favorite beer or wine, these cheeses will be sure to please. Each tray includes an assortment of breads, nuts and crackers and is accompanied by a description of the cheese selected for you.

Artisan Sandwich Assortment

A deli feast - assembled sandwiches of free-range turkey breast, pastrami, prosciutto, dry salami, or vegetarian, on assorted artisan breads ready for your favorite condiments - all heaped high in a wooden tray. Sandwiches arrive undressed so that guests can garnish as desired. Our sandwich trays include lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, olives, mayo, mustard, Russian dressing and a basket of hand-cut potato chips.
